What is the turnaround time on a sign order?

Typically 3 to 5 business days for most orders. Larger or more complex projects run longer, commonly 7 to 10, 10 to 15, or 20+ business days depending on scope. Your Account Manager will confirm a date for your specific job.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. We can often accommodate tight timelines, including next day rush, based on current production capacity. Rush fees may apply. Let your Account Manager know your deadline as early as possible, because the sooner we know, the more options we have.

What areas do you serve around Houston?

We serve the greater Houston area including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland, Friendswood and League City. We also work with customers in other Texas cities and other states.

Do you install signs, and how far do you travel?

Yes, we offer installation nationwide. Whether it is a single storefront sign in Houston or a multi-site rollout across several states, we can handle the install.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we offer will-call pickup for completed orders at 5801 Chimney Rock Rd, Houston, TX 77081. Head to the third garage door marked “Will Call” and ring the doorbell. Bring your order number, which starts with INV-. We cannot release an order without it, including to a third party collecting on your behalf.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders are handled by appointment and through your Account Manager rather than over the counter, so please contact us before coming by. You will get an email as soon as an order is ready for will-call pickup.
