Three Window Products, Three Different Jobs
Standard window decals are self-adhesive vinyl. They can go on the inside of the glass or on the exterior, they are semi-permanent rather than a weekend promotion, and they come in stock and custom sizes. A matte finish is available where glare is a problem.
Perforated window film, usually shortened to window perf, is printed vinyl shot through with small holes. From the sidewalk it reads as a solid graphic. From inside it is transparent, so your staff and your customers still see the street.
One-way vinyl window film can be installed inside or outside, depending on which direction you want the visibility to run. It carries a message outward while limiting what passers-by can see inward. It is weather-resistant and built for long-term outdoor use.
Perforated Film Is Usually What Buyers Mean
When a business asks for window signs, the underlying request is nearly always the same: cover the glass without making the room dark. Perforated film is the product built for that. It is opaque from the outside and transparent from the inside, and the interior keeps its natural light.
It also deflects some sunlight. That cuts glare on the sales floor and can reduce cooling load.
